We had to wait so long for our order to be wrong anyway. They were out of multiple parts of my order and didn’t seem to plan to tell us until we going to ask where our order was. We ordered ahead for mobile pick up then drive though and many walk ins got their orders very quickly while we waited at least 20 minutes. One man before us said he was waiting 30 minutes for a small order. When we got out, they had forgotten the donuts and munchkins. We went back in and got them. Once we were on the road, we noticed that the bacon egg and cheese sandwich didn’t have egg. All of the bagels and English muffin were burnt. Staff tried to be friendly but seemed over it. We did receive a free donut for the wait but it wasn’t worth it. Really don’t recommend. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a coffee and told them exactly how I wanted it and they made it wrong. Then when I mentioned it, the older women, dark brown hair, wearing a head set threatened me and followed me outside. Employees were actually yelling at me and called me names. Then she raised her hands and gave me the finger. I do not care what the situation is, that is very unprofessional!! Will NEVER go to this Dunkin Donuts again!! 3 employees got involved and I did not raise my voice until they called me names as I was leaving. Did I mention an employee was talking on her cell phone? I think I should call corporate. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Used to be great a few months ago but the new hires have ruined the flow of this Dunkin. I always order thru the mobile app at least 7-10 minutes away. Will get there as I do walk in and my order still hasn’t been made until I’ve said something. The drive thru line is usually never that busy either. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited a while to get served, got bacon egg and cheese with undercooked bacon and then was missing my drinks from my order. I've been to busy Dunkin's before but a two car line shouldn't take 10 minutes.

I never leave reviews, but this time I will make an exception. I tried to give the place a chance. I really did. But today is the straw that broke the camels back. And I will never be coming back to this location ever again. I have been going to this dunks since before their renovation. Since the addition of a drive through, the new staff has consistently either messed up my order or given me someone else's Coffee. Shame on me for not realizing it until I had already left the premises, but shouldn't they get it right the first time?! And it's not justvthe drive through that's the problem. Going inside the building, the staff seem to joke around and not even acknowledge the people in line. They just go about their business, joking around yelling back and forth with each other. No "hi I'll be right with you" or "sorry for the wait" just "what can I get you?" With a personality that shows they really don't care to be employed there. Today I ordered my regular coffee it's not a complicated order. It's a medium French vanilla iced extra extra. The woman on the headset SCOFFED at me and laughed as if I was being ridiculous ornover complicated. I've worked in customer service for 10+ years. Scoffing at a customer for a simple order is NEVER acceptable. Im sorry I'm patronizing your store. To make matters worse. My coffee was wrong. They gave me a caramel coffee. I guess ill go somewhere else where I'm actually appreciated.

I stop here once in awhile since it’s close by where I work, usually I don’t get food from this location due to allergies/don’t know the staff well. Coffee was good this morning but the food…..I had eaten part of an avacado toast and realized the bottom had Bacon slammed into the toast. I spent the next few hours running to the bathroom 🤮. I’m already irratated from dunks with the new rewards program but this is the icing on the cake. I’m finishing up $ loaded on my card now and calling it quits from dunks. Coffee from here is hot or miss, With how much bacon was on the bottom I’d rather not know how dirty the surface was before 6am. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Nice location with gas station and drive through option. Ordered sourdough egg and cheese and they were able to happily customize it for me. I asked for tomatoes on the egg and cheese and they added it that enhanced the taste of the sandwich. Even for the egg, they added double for just 3.80$. Really good taste better than other fast food sandwiches or coffee shops. Good packing and sandwich was served hot and fresh. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

I only go here because it’s literally a minute drive from my house, otherwise I would never come here. To-go orders never ready, same exact coffee made differently everyday, it’s kind of sad. They spent all this money to renovate it and make a drive thru, but didn’t take the time/money to train some quality employees. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

I don't typically take the time to review places, especially a Dunkin's. I go into an early morning breakfast place with a certain level of expectations but this place is just terrible. I've been working in this area for two years now and I go out of my way to get breakfast and a coffee anywhere else. They did a good job with the renovation of the store and gas station, which you would think the investment would change the attitudes and efficiency of the store. The people have zero regard for time and it feels like they go out of their way to take as much time as possible to keep you waiting. The level of energy matches the attitudes and personality of the staff. There is one younger woman there who is personable and energetic but aside from her, that place ruins my day.
