Service is key when it comes to customer satisfaction and for some reason everytime I come to this location it's always an issue with putting too much ice in my drinks I always ask for light ice and it seems like you always put more ice in my drink. I always pay for a large but with the amount of ice added it's like a extra small drink I get. Service: 1

I'm going to write this in every business in Alsip Illinois because if you're running a register you might lose your driver's license if these yahoos come in.
