I went to a Dunkin' donuts in Cary Illinois on Monday December 18th It was around 2:00 or 2:30 I drove up to the drive-thru and nobody answered or asked me what I wanted to order it took several minutes...I finally drove around to the window and the young guy that was there was talking to his friends He finally came over to the window asked me what I wanted I told him and when he gave it to me it was not at all when I asked for so I drove around again and when I went to the window and asked him if he could please add a little more cream He gave me a terrible attitude and terrible look on his face The customer service was awful and this kid needs to be reprimanded for what he did very dissatisfied with a Dunkin' donuts and Cary Illinois Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
