This location has the BEST frozen coffee! I tried other locations, and they never taste the same. Very disappointing! This location really needs to train all the other locations! Service Take out Price per person $1–10

SPEEDY SERVICE! I used to work in the surrounding area and I’ll just say this place is insanely busy between 6-7:30am since schools are near by! However, the staff are always working it and aim to provide you service as quickly as possible. I’ve been stuck in the drive thru with a bunch of cars and they still served me in less than 15 mins! Not bad! The donuts are always great at Dunkin’ however this location seems to run out of certain items and beverages. The location is bustling and lots of kids come in here, they don’t bother but I’m mean expect the noise level of a loud restaurant sometimes. Just came in for a coffee but then decided to get a couple other items. A cinnamon roll, a lemon loaf and try their loaded hashbrowns. The cinnamon roll and hashbrowns were TRASH. The loaded hashbrowns are 9 smashed tater tots about the size of quarters, with a drizzle of salty cheese sauce and some bacon sprinkled on them for about 5 dollars, that look nothing like the picture advertised. Cinnamon roll was a bit stale and tasted like a vending machine honey bun, but costed twice as much. Coffee was so so, and definitely not worth the 3 dollars that was paid. A 3.50 lemon loaf was crazy. Staff was not very friendly and looked like they hadn't washed their uniform since being hired. I stood at the counter for a short while without being acknowledged and was just getting ready to walk out and head over to McDonald's before they finally acknowledged me at the counter. They were preparing orders but if they can talk about whatever their conversation was about they could also acknowledge a customer to say hello or we will be right with you. I went to Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered 2 sundaes and the ice cream in the sundaes was old, you could taste the ice that accumulates after a while. In the past I picked up an ice cream cake as well and asked them specifically how long it had been there and they said “I don’t know”. The box did not have a date and when I took it home, it was old and horrible. Do better!!!! We pay for quality food. Common sense tells you that when ice cream Has been sitting a while that it should Be thrown out. I am disgusted with this place. Food: 1

My son used his gift card and he got one of the kids cups with T- rex on it I believe It's a small cup this one was topped with nuts and I asked her if he could get a different topping which was M&M's. She was a little hesitant but did it anyways I told her I would pay extra and she said this time we wouldn't have to but for next time it's up to whoever was there. That was fine. Workers were there, looking for a customer to come in and it was a bit slow at the time. This place is not one of my favorites but since he had a gift card from his teacher(shout out to Mrs Oceguieda Thank you!)We got to try it out again...The important thing is my son enjoyed it .
