The foods are alright, it has declined ever since they opened. The service just keep getting worse, it’s like they no longer care about customers and only care about their money. Nobody here seemed to be trained about customer relation or care about it. No matter how good the foods are (in this case it’s not even that great), if the customer service is bad nobody would want to come back. Definitely not me! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is good. But the lady that takes the orders is rude. I’m trying to figure out what kind of donuts I want and she keeps asking me how many as I’m in the middle of my order trying to rush me I don’t know if she’s new or she just don’t have no customer service, but yeah. I walked in at 4:25 PM and heard two ladies talking in the back. Waited 5 minutes before placing a mobile order. It still took them another 12 minutes to make my coffee drink. And they're NOT busy. Definitely one of the better locations in New Hope. The turn lane to get in/out sucks because it takes quite a while to get in/out the drive-through. Other than that, I couldn't find a better location near me.
