This Dunkin' Donuts really needs to assess the people they hire. I made a stop there the other day to get a coffee and the girl making my coffee was completely unfocused I think the other employee said her name was Mandy or something like that I mean the girl was so disrespectful and so rude and not to mention she made my coffee wrong and I repeated it to her three times and she still got it wrong. So after going back in three times because this Mandy girl decided to not pay attention to my order she told me oh well I can go to another Dunkin Donuts if I'm not happy that is exactly what she told me and I am sorry but that is not how you speak to your customers for one for two she look like she hadn't slept in 11 months. I mean come on Dunkin Donuts you got to do better especially when you're hiring people. I will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts ever ever again and I have been a regular customer for about 14 to 15 months now you guys lost a really good customer and it sucks because during Christmas time I always leave the employees a nice little gift card and she just ruined it for everybody so you guys can think your employee Mandy if I'm even saying it correctly because her words were so slurred she acted like she was drunk maybe when she gets fired I'll bring my business back there but until then you guys got to do better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
