A month ago

Over the last couple of months this store has gone from great to terrible. I ordered an iced coffee online for inside pickup. Twenty minutes later, it still had not been made. I tried to make eye contact with one of the employees to ask about it, and none would acknowledge me. They were too busy talking among themselves. I gave up and left. Very under staff when I was there. One person working, I was a walk-in. The server was busy working the drive thru, not giving me attention. After about the 4 car going thru the drive thru feeling as though I am being left out, I finally said something. The poor server didn't know what to do. Doing a double and triple take. Like I can't leave the window. It's really funny if you were there, lol. But then,all of a sudden, another employee came out from the back while I was standing their all that time.
