Vieja Mal Humurada I do not recommend this place Terrible Service, apart from that I do not comment that the order machine did not work and he said it until we ordered our order and paid for it and he said that it did not work and we had to order it again and pay it again at the cashier and I take a horrible attitude, I never come to this place again. I went in for a coffee, keep in mind shaked n stirred it n tried it and it was just sugary and syrupy and I politely asked the lady if she can remake it for me because it never taste like that when I order it in any other location. The cashier catches an attitude with me and doesn’t even hear me out, doesn’t even apologize so at this point I’m getting irritated because the whole point of customer service is attending to the customers needs! So I just tell her to give me a refund on my card and then she’s like no, instead she takes the money out her tip jar and gives me what she thinks was the price for the coffee. At this point I’m like whatever, I felt bad because why would you take it upon urself to take it out your tips when you can simply just refund it back to my card. This location is straight up wack and messy! I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here instead go to the location on broadway they are wayyy nicer and friendlier!! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast
