This dunkin donuts is an absolute embarrassment to the Mount Wayte/Franklin Street area. Honestly, they were better prior to renovation. I am here daily for an on the go on breakfast and every single time whether it is a bagel, texas toast or crossiant… they NEVER toast the damn thing. When I select toasted dark, I want that damn thing burned like a log in a damn bonfire!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It's like every Dunkin's I've been to. I ordered a few items and a medium Iced Tea. They no longer have wedges of lemons, so I carry packets on Simply Lemon in my pocket. It is crystallized lemon.
