The truth is that you will really like good doughnuts and perfectly cooked bagels. Come here and order delicious iced coffee. Guests don't like bacon at this restaurant. The staff is said to be professional here. Terrific service is something that people note in their comments. The atmosphere is charming, as clients see it. But google users rated Dunkin' and it didn't gain a high rating.

We tried the new energy refreshers. We did not care for them. However, the staff was very nice & accommodating my 4 year old who changed his donut choice 3 times in drive thru. Everything about this Dunkin is pretty good. I love the customer service. They’ve yet to get my order wrong. Sadly I took a star away due to my hashbrowns and sandwich being a bit burnt. Overall, I’ll still come back and I’m sure next time everything will be better. Ion know (yes ion) who made my avocado toast today but it was ahhhhhmazing. My avocado was spread perfectly. There was no clumping. The bacon was evenly spread throughout the toast, which never happens. The sesame seeds was scattered perfectly. I have never had an avocado toast from Dunkin’ Donuts like the one I had today. Whomever made it today set the bar extremely high. they need to be promoted to the king or queen of preparing avocado toast, and they need to go to every single DD in Georgia to make sure everybody get it right! Ordered at the window and my order was messed up. Drove away and didn’t realize until I was 10 minutes into my journey. I called, spoke with the manager who immediately inquired if I could return to the store. Lucky for me -a quick turnaround wasn’t going to delay me. I returned to the store and the manager himself remade my order. It was perfect! I was not belligerent nor was I combative and he respected that and even inquired if I wanted anything else. I asked about the donuts and was told the coconut topping was great especially warmed. I ordered 3 and paid for 2 (the store manager’s way to apologize). After biting into one of those warm, moist, delicious donut I was immediately transported back to NYC when I lived there as a teen and enjoyed donut runs with the fam. All in all, a messed up order hasn’t deterred me from returning - because the customer service is fabulous and the food is fresh and delicious. Quick note- remember it’s human beings taking your order so even though there are errors please be respectful. The clerk may not have heard you correctly, or inputted your order correctly despite reading it back to you. Be respectful because that person may be having a rough morning or somewhat distracted. I understand being short staffed, but my friends and I sat in this line for over 35 minutes with no one in front of us and while at the intercom to order my friend had to repeat her order four times. When we finally arrived at the window all of our drinks were wrong and I would never leave a review like this, but what drove me to do so was the fact that when we told the lady at the drive thru window, she immediately got an attitude and snatched our drinks back. This is by far the best Dunkin in town. They are consistent, friendly, and fast. Every morning I see the exact same friendly faces and smiles, and they know my name and order. Which speaks so much for their management and work environment. These employees make my morning. Every single morning. This is the worst dunkins i have ever been to, was just there about 15-20 minutes ago ordered a pumpkin iced latte they served me flavored milk there is absolutely no turbo shot in this cup just pure sugar, and the breakfast sandwiches taste like chemicals, like someone did not clean the over correctly and i am very disappointed as my order was $20 and almost everything is inedible.
