I like this location a lot. The service is always good. The last 2 times I have gotten coffee, it has been very watered down and not had the flavor I asked for even though it's printed on the label. I normally make coffee at home and have Dunkin as a treat. Please be aware that the quality of your product has declined and it is noticeable. The staff was very good and they were great with my daughter. The selection was lacking, but it worked. There were a couple of errors but the staff corrected them right away. There were only 2 employees working, and the drive-thru was Crazy busy! The guy working was Excellent at doing his customer service job! He gets All 10 of the 'service and atmosphere' Stars! We have visited this location 3 times over the past 6 months while traveling. This location has always been super busy during the breakfast rush when we have come in but the staff are fast and accurate on completing orders. Food is great and the filled donuts here are the best we have had at any location! Thank you!
