Watered down coffee. Coffee has zero flavor. Even when it's not busy. I think they pour hot water in the pot when it's running low...or they don't use the recommended scoops . Better to go to the one on Country Club Hills on Pulaski and 183rd if you want a decent cup of coffee.

Went there one evening, the lobby seemed to be closed but they were able to still take my order and the customer service was very great! I appreciate that they took time with my order, and Shayla was very patient with me and my 4 children. I gave all of them a tip for being the great people that they are!
