This is my favorite place to go to. I always come here when I’m craving for a good burger, real fried zucchini with good ranch. I loved what they did with their place. I’m so happy to see them open again. I’ve waited for so long. The restroom is super clean. The cashiers and staff here are always friendly and super nice. Rosa is amazing and very helpful. I came here because I heard it was a famous burger place. I came at 11 o'clock and there was already a very long line from the drive thru and a huge line for dining. The interior of the store was also nice and comfortable, so I really liked it. When I looked at the menu to order, I saw that there was a huge variety of menus and very good food. I was surprised by the price. This place even provided table service for the food I ordered. The staff was really friendly. The size of the hamburger was really big. The burger patty was very thick and the amount of sauce and vegetables were really good. It's too bad I couldn't take a picture because I was so hungry that I ate it in a hurry. The French fries were plentiful and tasty, and I was surprised that the children's meal was very good and the price was only $7. Douglas Burgers was purchased by a new owner along with all the remodeling updates. As any new company especially during the first three to four weeks the bugs need to be worked out in order to get a smooth running ship. I had some problems with my food however when the owner came by to ask what was happening he more than accommodated us with ordering anything on the menu and he would take care of it. I will definitely go back in a few months to update this review. I could see the sincerity in the new owner and I truly appreciate it. I honestly feel like they need waitresses now that they reopened. There tends to be a line build up with the cashier having to grab everything behind the counter like coffee. But it’s not super bad I just feel it’s help with the line other than that the food is booooomb and the server I had was really nice and quick when I needed other things. What makes it even better is the price. They messed up my sons order in a good way we ordered 1 pancake and they accidentally brought him two with eggs lol . Prices are high! I got a single bacon avocado burger and a medium drink. No fries, not a meal; and it was $14.70😬 The Avocado Bacon Burger is amazing! The pattie and bacon was cooked perfectly. The avocado was fresh and The sesame seed bun tops it off! First, it looks great since reopening. Servers were all happy and shiny young people, but my salad was served last. That was odd. But the oddest thing was that my fried chicken was sweet, and the fried zucchini was also sweet. How very odd. Terrible after-taste. One of my party ordered a burrito and it was extremely bland. Great burgers! 1/3 lb which is bigger than the typical 1/4 lb burgers you get elsewhere. They are always busy but still manage to deliver quality with every order they fulfill. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. 10x better than S.S. Burger basket, also in Lake Elsinore.
