Looks are deceiving, get in there and order breakfast! Get it to go if you need to. The Grilled Donut Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich was 🔥🔥🔥. Ordered the bisque/ gravy, pancakes, omelet, and the bisque/ gravy platter. The food is amazing and tastes more home-cooked than commercial, which I LOVE!! Now, the show stopper is the giant cinnamon roll with the chocolate frosting...OMG it's ABSOLUTELY amazing!! Super soft, and the taste is beyond! Best one in town, hands down! Love the atmosphere it is a true local hangout. I love eating in a place where the locals gather. That's how you know you're in the right place! This place is fantastic, do you know when other places like Schnucks is shrinking their donuts for the same price, doughnut cupboard has the largest donuts in the area. However, they are still reasonably priced. When you walk in it just reminds you of a small town café out in the country before the farmers head out to the fields. I love to sit there and just eavesdrop on some of the stories that are being told it’s really fascinating if you stop and think about it.
