I have raved about dos pesos to my husband for years and finally tonight I got him to agree to take out. We checked the menu over first with the “order online” option here on Google before we decided what we wanted to order. I called, the girl that answered was SO RUDE. Before I could finish even saying what I wanted, her reply was “is that it?” Like she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. When I was done, I said okay that’s it and she said okay 20 mins then hung up the phone. I didn’t get a total or anything. My husband goes in to pick up the order and they asked what name. My husband said they didn’t even ask our name. He gets the total and receipt (mind you we already checked the menu online and knew the prices) and everything was about $2 more than what the order online menu showed. When he brought this to the attention of the girl, she handed him a menu and said these are the prices and walked away. Needless to say, he couldn’t believe what I was raving about. It’s really upsetting as this was my favorite place and now I’m so angry that the worker was so disrespectful!

Food was good, and the service was good too. My only fault with this restaurant is the atmosphere. Needs a remodel, something to add some type of vibrancy or just a general decor concept. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I'm giving them 3 stars judging it compared to all the other Mexican restaurants within 20 miles or so. It's good, nothing exciting. I had the combination dinner in order to try a few things. The beef burrito was delicious. The rest, just ok. The chips and salsa were bland. A bit on the pricey side for what you get. The service was good, my glass was never empty. I’m shocked at all of the good reviews. I ordered the Street Tacos ($15 for three) and I am extremely disappointed. The tacos aren’t close to being warm, the meat has NO seasoning and it seems a few days old. The dab of rice and beans that comes with it seems OLD. I’m not eating this. I assure you I am not exaggerating when I say this is the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a Mexican food restaurant in years. Great staff and even better food! We ordered the enchiladas and nachos, both of which were delicious! Cheese enchilada in particular had a good amount of cheese throughout it and definitely recommend that. The small nachos are plenty for one person, so the large can easily be shared.
