Waited for 40 min just to order our food. We noticed a blurb in their menu stating that after 11am, there is an automatic up charge on all their plates. Jokingly, we thought they would wait until after 11 to finally take our order, but that joke became a reality. 11:01am, the waitress finally came and received our order. She was no regular staff member. She was obviously a veteran at the establishment who knew exactly what they were doing. It’s disappointing to have a local spot be ruined by GREEDY business practices. Their GREED left us waiting at a table, wasting our time on subpar food, and bottom feeding service.
