Good coffee. The staff let me take out some of the condensed milk and use regular milk, which I really appreciate. Muffins are soft and moist. Breakfast sandwiches are good. The most delicious donuts that I have ever eaten. The flavour is mouth watering and the texture is so soft that always leaves you wanting more. This small business has the best customer service and they make everything in house and fresh. They have a variety of drinks and if you love boba, then their smoothies are your to go drink.
