Well the restaurant is quite Charming given the town that is in of Evanston wyoming. However the food was lacking, as if they just forgot how to make good food. Because I've had good food there before but this time was not that great of an experience. I ordered a chalupa and it was freed and what tasted like rancid oil so I couldn't eat it. I knew this place was legit upon walking in. The ambience was authentic Mexican (not what I expected, as a SoCal native passing through). The chips were fresh, the drinks were healthy, and although I didn't verify I'm sure the tortillas were made on site as well. The food hits the spot, hard. If you're like me, tired from hours over the road, and won't be hitting it until the next morning, have a drink and some great food here. You won't be disappointed. This was delicious. I had never been here, and it was a drive, but really good food. The menu has a multitude of options and many vegetarian ones... Even outside the vegetarian section. I'm not sure if they were shorthanded or it was the holiday weekend or both, but service was a little slow. Still, delicious... Worth the drive and wait!
