never had problems with this place till this year. every order i place goes to the wrong address. I've placed 5 orders since 3PM and have received exactly zero. Went to pick up pizza for kids and only had a $100 bill and was told they couldn't take it. They tell me to go to the gas station next door to get change. I go over there and they didn't have change went back and they still refuse to sell me my pizzas. Luckily before I left to take my brother to get food he said he had enough to pay for it. Ordered from this place at 3:00 and they had the wrong order. They said they would be back with our correct order. 5:00 rolled around, and still no one has shown up. I called, and Heather said she had no idea what i was talking about. So we have been waiting for nothing. If we wouldn't have called, we would have never gotten our pizza, and they would still have our money. The communication at this place is horrible. We should have stuck with our original plan and went somewhere else, but we used to like this place until they showed us how much they care about their customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cancelled my order after it took an hour to come out the oven and i even called in to check on it because of how long it was taking.it was 11pm on a Sunday night,1 hr bef they closed but they dragged the order out an hour and just cancelled it.
