I’ve experienced dominos in many different places, but the one here in bridge city is on point! Always on time, always have the order correct, and everything always comes out looking like It does in the picture! Employees are always respectful. Usually order me a pizza before I go into work night...past 2 times I've had to just drive off because it's taken them over an hour to make 1 pizza

My order was ready very quickly. Hot and fresh even though there was only 1 person working everything at the time. He was amazing. He got orders taken, cooked correctly and out the door in 20 minutes and had a positive attitude the entire time. I've never had trouble with my order and I've always had wonderful customer service at the Bridge City location but I was truely amazed today! Great Job!

Great place, I ordered and when it came it was messed up. I called and the guy I spoke with was very nice and accomadating, are next order was on them . Today we ordered and the food was the best food I have ever had from A Dominos. Everyone was pleasant, service was fast and Great. I would definitely recommend this Domino's to anyone looking for fast ,good food and great employees!!

Domino's pizza Bridge City is the best. West Orange Domino's is terrible. They have a woman who answers their phone, she won't give you the advertised special. Doesn't listen. Won't be back. Bridge City Domino's is top shelf. Same with McDonald's. Bridge City hands down. Clean friendly staff.

Food got me and my toddler sick he was throwing up all night and crying. I've been having stomach problems all day. I called 3 times trying to let them now and wanted a refund. They consistently act like they can't hear me on the phone and hang up. I called from a different phone and had a whole conversation just fine this location and employees are a joke. Don't eat here.

Lately they have been AWESOME!!!! Tonight 11/22/21 I even got called about a tiny mistake that was made before I ever picked up and I’m so glad they called and didn’t remake because I hate to waste food and it was a very easy thing to look over!!! I had some issues in the past but for the last few months they have kept orders correct, had good delivery and take out times!!! The team is always friendly friendly.....I would say rock stars and, can count on GREAT PIZZA 🍕 and quick timing!!

Been doing the three topping delivery takeout special since it started. The number of copies has dwindled dramatically recently and not at the change of the year but last month as well. I will not be visiting this location ever again. Brick oven pizza is so much better anyway

I ordered a pizza online for this location and didn't have any issues. The food was made on time and according to my order. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the layout of the building. The parking area is mostly setup for delivery drivers, so you have to walk around to the front of the store facing Texas Ave to get into the restaurant.

*See update below* We do not like using this location. The management is rude and often make employees help customers without their assistance when problems arise. I have seen management yelling at the cutting table threatening to fire people in front of customers. They tried to charge me for a prepaid online order after telling them 3 times it was paid for. Pasta bowl was dried out and even though I paid for extra sauce, because they made it light sauce. The pizza is not visually appealing with bubbles and wavy crust. They act as though they dont care if you buy their products or not. Customer service goes a long way. Update: We have given them another chance. The last 2 experiences they were much nicer and food was made to order. Temporary lobby closure, but still making orders!
