Great deals using the app and via text/email. The pulled pork sandwich with the Carolina BBQ sauce is definitely our go to sandwich. I also enjoyed the Westerner Sandwich on a hoagie bun with two meat choices. I picked sliced brisket and pulled pork. Really good meats for a chain restaurant. Great Experience! We ordered the Prime Rib (feeds 8) dinner with Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole. Both dishes were excellent, but the Prime Rib was exceptional. I cooked the pre-packaged roast for a little over 2 hours for a perfect medium rare finish. The taste and seasoning was awesome and the cut of meat was perfect. This fed 6 of us nicely. We were all very impressed!

Always game for some good bbq, and this place usually lands that. Today though the pulled pork was dry and not great though, which is likely because it was slow traffic. I wish they’d not have pre-pulled the bbq as it dries out too fast on a slow day. We used Dickey's buffet style catering for our wedding. We were able to do a tasting and choose 2 meats (we chose beef brisket and chicken). They even provided a pan of smoked jackfruit for our vegetarians. The two employees managing the buffet were wonderful. Everything stayed warm and tasted fresh - even with transport to our venue about 30 minutes away from the store. We had multiple compliments on it from our guests. Service was fast and friendly! Portions seemed a little light, but it was tasty. Salt & Pepper weren't on tables, and neither was paper towels. I've never been to a Dickeys like that. Sauces seemed a little thin also. None of which would stop me from coming. One of the worst barbecue places I have ever been, to the brisket was plastic wrapped . Just begging for bacterial growth to happen . I felt sick after eating it . I do not recommend going here. The "brisket was chopped up and look like cat food. Hopefully the health department does an unannounced visit because I believe there is more then on health violation in this location. Also the staff were speaking ill about us , right in front of us, in Spanish they didn't think we could understand them.
