I ordered a surprise birthday cake for my mother who is Vegan. The cake was absolutely perfect from the consistency, taste, and texture. Plus no one would've guessed the cake was vegan. Everyone loved it and just bought another cake for another family member. I highly recommend Diane's for your celebrations.

Kosher event, gluten free, dairy free or vegan, Diane has what you are looking for but can't find anywhere else. Call ahead or go on line because there isn't a typical store front because everything is made to order, no sitting around for 5 days in some bakery case. Specialty cakes are her forte. Check out her website and view the vast variety of work she has done in the past then order something and be amazed how she makes gluten free taste like cake... Amazing!

Diane made a beautiful Back to the Future cake for my son’s 9th birthday. She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. A lot of love and effort went into the making of this cake. Not only was it beautiful but it tasted as good as it looked. I highly recommend Diane’s La Pâtisserie.

My experience with Diane’s Patisserie was a true learning experience. I enjoyed learning how to make delicious chocolate truffles, raspberry linzer tarts, and french macarons. Diane is a tried and true Pastry Chef. You could tell from the outset that Diane knows how prepare delicious french pastry. For a true learning experience I highly recommend Diane’s Patisserie!!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful and just absolutely perfect our cake was!!! I was awestruck when I saw it on our wedding day! My husband’s grooms cake was equally beautiful and absolutely delicious!!! We couldn’t have been more pleased with everything!! Thank you Diane!!!!

Diane made us a small cake, various cupcakes, brownies, and cookies (including cat shaped cookies!) for our wedding. Everything was amazing and there was almost nothing left at the end of the night! She was even able to make sugar free options. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Diane made our vision come to life. From the moment we set foot in her office for the tasting, we felt like we were a part of her family. She took the time to learn about our journey and really connects with her clients. Our cake was beautiful and we received many compliments about the design and flavors… we just wish we had more time that night to enjoy more of it, LOL!
