I've always enjoyed this course, but the last outing disappointed. Some of the tee boxes are close to the greens and playing radios loudly is more than bothersome and annoying. Complaints to the ranger and club house were met with indifference. Sorry Diamond Woods, I found that to be unacceptable.

My husband loves to golf and we live around the corner, so it used to be perfect. Course is really nice. No complaints there. Nice lil driving range, wheel barrows with balls in them if you're lucky, half the time you'd have to get your own balls, but whatever, it was a good deal and a good way for him to get me out whacking some balls with him. Until today. They doubled the price, probably to pay for the new shiny new ball dispenser. The thing I loved about this place is no more. Capitalism reigns supreme! Bummer.

Course is in okay conditions. I left my wedge on the course. Called and they said they had it. I told them to hold it I'll be there to get it. Show up a few days later and it wasn't there. I don't live close and it was a major disappointment they no longer had it. They guy behind the counter could care less and just carried on a phone conversation
Had a very unpleasant experience here last time I golfed. 5.5 hours!!! I spend over $100 dollars to golf, drive a golf cart and eat a hot dog and get a few drinks at the turn. This is not unusual by any means. We booked one of the FIRST tee times to ensure we could be done early. We were told repeatedly at the clubhouse to keep pace of play up, (foursome) and we did just that. After 5 or so holes, we caught up and waited for 2-3 groups for the 13 holes following. No Marshall on the course to assist, and when called, we were told there was nothing they could do about the groups ahead of us hitting 4-6 golf balls a piece. Giving an extra star because the course was in good shape, but not great.

I'm not sure if I'll ever go back. We spent $150 for 2 people to golf... you would think that they would be a little nicer...the guy at check in was very rude and seemed irritated that we were even there. The lawn mower was mowing the fairway on hole 18 and would not move! We just skipped hole 18 and left. There was also a guy weedwacking right behind where we teed off (I can't remember which hole). Worst staff ever. The woman in the restaurant area was super nice though and the course was beautiful (which is the only reason I gave this two stars).

Played on 8/22/2021. The course appeared beat up at times. Tee boxes were heavily used, with a couple just being mostly dirt and sand with no grass. Why am i teeing off on dirt? Hole #4's green was mostly under repair and very sandy. Nearly unplayable. The quality of the greens were very inconsistent hole to hole. Some were A+ in shape and very fast, and some were just sandy, slow and patchy. The pace of play and congestion on the golf course leaned into a very uncomfortable and non-enjoyable back nine. Nearly three hours to play nine holes according to my Grint session. We used a cart. Five to six groups stuck back to back having to wait 3-5 minutes before you take your next shot. Many intoxicated guests shouting on greens while you're taking a swing on the next tee box fifteen-twenty yards away. Felt bad for the kids out there. No course marshal to be seen on a very busy Sunday with that many guests? The golf course has seen better days. Maybe I'll try again next Spring when the rain can help out those dried out fairways. 7/13/23 - Update Played Diamond Woods a few weeks ago. I’m happy to see that Diamond Woods has put in work to help provide health to the golf course. Greens and tee boxes were more consistent. Definitely want to play here again in Spring 2024 when the course is green everywhere. Upgrade from a two star review to a four star review. Please keep up the great work Diamond Woods.
Fun course. Pretty open but still challenging. Great views of the valley as well. We walked 18 and it was very walkable, but a cart would be nice too if you don't like walking a lot. There are some hilly holes too. Good deal for the cost of 18 for sure. I'll come back and play again for sure.

Visit the range every Sunday morning, wife is just starting t Playing and I can't wait to get her on the course. Staff are all fantastic. Even spent a little time in the simulator getting my yardages dialed in. I've been playing here for years and the course is always in great shape.
