this was my first time eating at these restaurants. I have passed them for a few months and that was a mistake! I got the brisket sandwich, fries, and the vinegar sauce. The brisket was thin, juicy, and full of flavor. The hoagie it was on was a little soft, with a light toast on it, and would have been perfect. The fries were so hot and fresh. The vinegar BBQ sauce was the highlight for me. I could not get enough of it; it was a perfect addition to the brisket.
