One thing you shouldn't have to do is check your order, like at a drive-through. We ordered a house special, which the menu states is deep dish crust. The young lady that took the order on the phone repeated back the order, including the deep dish crust, and she informed us it would be an hour and 15 minutes. All good. Until we got home to find a thin crust. I know it's a small thing, and it was really good, but there are too many ingredients for the thin crust, and in the end, we didn't get what we paid for.
