We had never been to the restaurant before just the brewery (which we love too) so we decided to give it a try, went for lunch with my wife for her birthday, I ordered the bacon and egg burger and my wife got the spicy chicken, everything was delicious and very well served, we tried the Herbal Aperitif and we both agreed that it was a bit sour, so we ordered a Topo Chico to mix it and then was perfect, for dessert the waitress recommended something similar to a berry cream cake but it was in a cup, I don't remember the name nor did I see it on the menu, but it was something from another world! I've been here 3 times and every thing I've had has been an absolute delight. Today it was the Lion's Mane and Prosciutto pizza. The crust is light and crisp but chewy. The burrata was delightfully creamy, cut by the sweetness of honey and bite of arugula. Everything we ate was delicious!!! 1st time dining here and 1st time visiting Normal, IL. My co-worker and I enjoyed every bite! Our server Ella or Ellie was amazing!! Great suggestions from appetizer to dessert! The red fish was superb, the beer battered asparagus was sooo good! And the Lemon Berry cake was moist and simply delectable!! This was by far one of the best restaurants I've eaten at, and that's huge since we travel weekly throughout the US! Great dinner tonight! Place is clean and service is stellar. The fried cheese curds are delicious and the banana cream pie is the best we’ve EVER had. No kidding, it’s that good. Mixed drinks are adequately strong and a nice selection of their own brewed beers and seltzers. Would return if we were in this area again. Had an incredible lunch with my girlfriend. We enjoyed the crab rangoon dip, corn and chicken chowder, cubano and spicy chicken sandwiches with fries and slaw. The food is all 10/10. The beer is among the best breweries we have had. Our server Stephanie was incredible and attentive. We can’t wait to come back again. Give them a try!
