Really phenomenal! I hadn't had a meal in forever, and this was really spot-on! My compliments to the chef! The waitress was wonderful, too. Highly recommended for a proper meal, versus eating out of Styrofoam and on your lap while you're driving

This has to be the best Denny's I have ever been to. I questioned several times if I was even in a Denny's at all. I have never had a good Denny's experience, every location is usually dirty and the food makes me sick to my stomach. Well, not this time! We walked in and believe it or not there was a huge argument going on between some customers and the manager, they were threatening to report to corporate about some fight they overheard from the kitchen but the manager assured them they were handling it internally. We thought we might want to turn around and leave but decided to stay anyway and I'm glad we did. Our waitress kindly apologized for what we saw and all servers were kind to each other in all other interactions. The food was delicious and I love their new menu, there is a wide variety of amazing items it's not just 'bacon eggs and hashbrowns" anymore. The restaurant and kitchen looked pristine. Everything is clearly wiped top to bottom here. The decor and overall atmosphere is much more like a Bob Evans which is more comfortable than the old school diner Denny's style in my opinion. For being a Denny's attached to a gas station, they truly exceeded my expectations.

Our waitress, Kristen, was amazing and the food was good.
The reason for the 1 star is because of the other staff and management team. We were there to enjoy our meals, but instead had front row seats to another waitress yelling at our waitress who was just trying to get food out to her customers. There was another employee sitting at the bar crying and being yelled at by management. When we tried to address concerns to the manager, she yelled at us that it wasn't our concern. Well - we were trying to eat in peace, so it was our concern. When we mentioned calling corporate about the concerns she continued to yell and said "go ahead, we are a franchise so they won't do anything". If this is the environment you think is acceptable, then I will definately not be returning. Poor management and lack of professionalism will kill even the best businesses.
The ribeye steak at Denny's was delicious, cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes were creamy, and the rice was flavorful. The service was friendly and the atmosphere welcoming. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.

Very nice quantity of food but the quality was a little off. My country fried steak was a little over cooked but it was still good. Soda prices are high and the water had a weird taste but it’s Ohio water quality for you. Our waitress was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I would go back.
