Food was delicious, the bourbon bacon burger was so JUICY and fresh. Would you just look at the delicious juices coming from it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We have come here a couple times during the winter with colds temps outside, as soon as we walk through the door we have the general manager telling us “sorry we don’t have any heat” that’s not something you wanna hear coming to sit down to eat your food. The food and the service from kennie was amazing. But we would like some heat not only for the customers but also for the staff…. They deserve that! We visited Dennys for breakfast. It was not a good visit. The food was not good. We ordered our eggs over medium, and they were hard and crusty. We ordered crisp bacon and it was limp and half cooked. The biscuit and gravy was cold. The place was packed, and they only had 3 servers. Way understaffed. We will not be back. Have a great time everytime we visited Dennys in Gun Barrel City, and Kauffman, tx. Never a problem with food service or the staff. My wife and sister are treaded like royalty and they're always ready to provide us with the best service, bar none! I can not provide that one server is better than the other. All act like professionals, and provide excellent service. The Dennys in gun barrel, TX service provided was excellent. The food was good, but there was no heat and it was unbearable. They did give us a portable heater, but that did not help much… fix your heater, if you want to peoples business!!
