What a great place to eat!!! We were directed here by a local business as having great food. We were not disappointed! Friendly staff, clean dining room, and clean restrooms. My husband had the ribeye, fries, and garlic green beans. The steak was cooked perfectly, the fries (he likes his done) and garlic green beans were delicious. Friend of mine sent me a screenshot of the Bahn Mi nachos special and I knew I had to try those. I went and got them the next day. Had not been to this location but have always loved the Frost location. This location is much larger. These were a great interpretation of the sandwich in nacho form. I LOVED them. So inventive! Feb 2024 Best food in Marlinton. Tried the surf and turf special and burger. Both great. Second visit had a large salad and soup and sandwich. Overall good food. They accommodated special requests. One or two options for gluten-free or vegan diners. Service was friendly and appropriate to the number of customers. Plenty of parking. Don’t let the small town fool you! This place was great!!! Food was delicious and the service was fantastic! We had the lobster bisque and a homemade burger! Not those fake frozen burgers either! A great way to end the day of skiing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We met a couple on a hike at Beartown State Park and they recommended Dean’s Den. We went to Dean’s for dinner and had an amazing waiter, Matt, and enjoyed a tomato basil soup and chickpea/goat cheese salad and chicken marsala. We also ordered the blue crab dip with chips and it was great! Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and we overall had a great experience.
