It was a pleasure to be there, to enjoy the amazing dinner, the hospitality of the staff and the nice stay at one of the rooms. The Lindenhof is based in a beautiful area of the Netherlands, very calm so a perfect place to relax. The hotel and the restaurant are both decorated very nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing. All the staff was just great and you feel they enjoy making your time at the Lindenhof a very special one.|The dinner was very good (some of the veggies/herbs came from the own garden), wine perfectly matched with the course. The next morning you get a breakfast you will not forget soon. |Definitely we will come back to this beautiful place.

Pure excellence. Expectations are high for a 2* restaurant but this is one of the finest dining experiences. Place and surroundings are gorgeous. Food is classic French with an up to date twist and beautiful acidity (often layered). Cuisson and creativity are amazing. Best sweetbread I’ve ever had (laquered, crunchy, sauce is insane). Maitre/somm is great. Staff just loves it to give you a great night out. Classy yet relaxed. Classic yet fresh. Love it.

Second time at the Lindenhof and again an amazing experience. Wonderful food and excellent wine suggestions, my only pointer for improvement would be to have the chef be a bit more forthcoming with his stories and talk a bit more especially when there is time (we were there for lunch).

We took the 8 menus course, everything was delicious. The staff was te here for us and if we had any questions. Even if it was late they didn’t disturb us and let us enjoy our meal. We had to ask for gluten free bread since one of us couldn’t eat normal bread and they made a fresh one. Food was succulent, there was a good use a sweetness and saltiness, hotness and coolness. Undoubtedly the best Michelin experience we had so far: the food was amazing in taste , texture , look and smell , the house was cozy yet great setting for the food. The Cheff and his wife and other chefs go out themselves to serve the food , talk to the customers and make you feel welcome and great. They get the third Michelin star from me for all it’s worth !!! Having been to a number of other Michelin rated restaurants the service and execution felt a bit off for two stars. Had the 12 course surprise menu paired with wines. The dishes were okay, but lacked real innovation. The pairing was poor with some wines tasting worse with the dish. The inside felt dated, but the garden outside seemed nice and would be a good place to have the meal instead.

We had lunch in the beautiful garden during a sunny day here at De Lindenhof. The cuisine is not far from the other Michelin rated restaurant in the region, with a solid French base, local products and beautiful preparations. The service was pretty cordial and warm, we felt comfortable for the whole meal. The boat experience is absolutely unique so I would recommend it if you’re here for a short period of time. Excellent dining with nice wine selection. The staff was experienced, the lady serving us was working there 25 years, gave detailed information on every signature dish. We have enjoyed fully and will definitely.be back! (Next time to enjoy the garden)
