The Dave's Not Chicken is SO GOOD! I keep craving it ever since I tried it. I wish they would have more staff because they are really great, but there are typically only 3 staff members, even on busy weekends. This means the dining area is sometimes neglected because there's only one person in front and they get no chance to walk away. I bought a gift card by walking inside the restaurant in Port Hueneme California. I bought a $20 gift card as Christmas gift for my son. When he went to the restaurant in January to use it he was told that there is zero money in it. Luckily I have the receipt. I called and talked to several employees until I got to the manager who told me someone from corporate will reach out to me. It’s already March and I have not heard from anybody. I already spent a total of 2-3 hours just trying to get hold of someone. Not a responsible management. Bad customer service over all.
