I had the pleasure of trying this restaurant Sunday for lunch and I will definitely be back. I couldn’t decided on what to get so I got two meals and brought leftover home. The homemade fresh warm bread and their own Schnitz Ale brewery Heifweizen made for great comfort next to window and fireplace today. This was my first time to restaurant and with a group over 25 people the staff and owner did great job with everyone's orders and making us feel welcomed. The pork schnitzel, spatzle, and perogies were large portion enough to take home. I recommend asking for 3 applesauce containers to put on top of schnitzel for nice flavor pairing. My first time there and I've never had Schnitzel before. The bread was excellent, the salad didn't look like much but was really good, the Schnitzel was ok. I was glad I got the Bohemian Schnitzel with the potato pancakes, tomato, and cheese on top otherwise it would have been just a bland piece of expensive, breaded thin chicken.
