Treated very rudely by cashier. Do not recommend this place at all. Tried to order a special order and he said he would not do that. Not ‘set up’ to order special orders Service Dine in Meal type Other Service: 1

Had to put at least one star to leave a review. This place does not deserve any stars. They are high and their customer service is horrible. African-American lady that runs the drive-through window at night was completely rude and smart mouthed! I will not go back to this place, and would not recommend it to anybody else. I said win Burger King does a better job. Not to mention manager tried telling me they already closed when I had been sitting in the line for over five minutes.

Food is always hot and tasty, shakes are perfect. You won't be disappointed with a trip to this DQ. Update 09/16/23 Food is still great. Only complaint I have is with the prices, they go up every trip I make there it seems. I'm not cheap but almost $10 for a chicken strip basket is just insane. This is a fast food restaurant not a steakhouse.

Hands down the best Dairy Queen in southwest Georgia! The place is clean, the service is friendly, fun, and efficient. Most importantly for me they know what a Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard is, and they make it to perfection. Y’all have no idea, or maybe you do know how terrible the service and food is at the locations in Albany. For me it’s worth the 18 plus miles to drive here just to be treated well and served with good food and most importantly, my Blizzard.

It is across from Burger King in Sylvester. The food is awesome. The ice cream, blizzards, and ice cream cakes are to die for. The staff are fantastic. They are the friendliest people I've ever met in a restaurant. The lobby and bathrooms are so spotless. The staff always have a smile on their faces. They are very polite to everyone who walks in. They made me feel right at home. I definitely will be going back.
