Was first car in drive thru, was told just a minute, I said okay, they repeated the just a minute after a minute of waiting and then a second car pulled up to the second drive thru and they took their order right away
Left and went to Wendy's, not very good customer service.

I was very excited when this DQ opened. It is just 5 minutes from my house. They had some kinks at the beginning, that they are working out. They were a bit slow, but that has greatly improved, and my first few orders were very skimpy on the fries in the chicken basket, but this has also improved! You have to remember, they were training brand new employees when they first started, and a lot of high school kids. I am excited they are here, and I know it will be a regular for my family, for special ice cream treats for good report cards or an easy dinner when I don't have time to cook.

I got a dish of chocolate soft serve on the night of Feb. 3rd. Service was very slow (Has been every time I've been there) and the soft serve tasted fine the first few bites, but then started tasting sour. I took a small bite from the bottom and it tasted very much expired sour milk. My girlfriend took a small bite as well and agreed. Thankfully I did not get sick. I was hoping this location would be better then the one on 4th plain, but so far that's a nope.

Food is decent but it takes so long to get the food we ordered and we were on a time crunch. The manager in the background was yelling and being very unpleasant. The servers were very unmotivated and systems were not working. The front desk messed up our order and gave it to someone else. We were very late to our event because of it.

Service is slow but adequate
Serving sizes are super small, specifically the kids meals. Also, had to remind the servers every time about the kid's cone which comes with the kids meal. The ranch dressing that is served with the chicken strips is skimpy and lacking ranch flavor. I ordered the 6 PC chicken strips which is supposed to come with 2 dipping sauces and only received 1. That 6 PC chicken strip, with large fries and no drink, was almost $14.

Just went and ordered a few items at this dairy queen, one of the items being a regular Pepsi. They did not repeat my order back to me. When I came to the window at the drive thru, she repeated my order and said small drink. I said, no I wanted a regular and a man appeared saying that is a regular. I then said, fine, then I wanted a medium and they told me to have a nice day and would not give me the drink size I wanted. He then went to explain that the small was regular. I have been ordering food at dairy Queen for years and have never been given a small when I order a regular, always a medium, a bunch of their other items require you order a regular. I now see that there is a any size drink with fries deal that most likely has resulted in them giving me a small instead of a medium. No where on their website does it state a small is a regular. Regardless, I do not need to be made to feel stupid at a Wendy's when their sizing system makes no sense. Done coming to this location. Probably done with Wendy's cus the food ain't worth this stupid drama.

We have been very excited to have a DQ so close to our home! We have had issues with every other DQ in Vancouver and battle ground with having blizzards mixed to the bottom. This location has been amazing! We have been 9 or 10 times already and the blizzards have been on point!
The staff is always very friendly and welcoming! Thank you for the great service, and AMAZING Blizzards!

When I went, 1st or 2nd month they were open in this location. I ordered 3 ice creams (3 blizzards) All ice cream was runny, they didn't flip them. I asked for discount cuz I thought you could get it free if they don't flip them upside down. Got laughed at she gave me my ice creams. Her level of respect was 0. I asked for napkins on my drive home because they were runny, I recieved about 2, thankfully had stash in my car & needed 20 to drive home mostly cuz they also did not have lids even after asking for lids, recieved none. So, never will go here again. Treat customers with respect please & don't sass them.

We live in the neighborhood and were so excited to see this being built! It did not disappoint! Friendly staff and great food! My son and I ate outside but the inside was set up well and looked inviting!

Place just opened this week. They have staffed up and are still sorting out little stuff but coming along great. They have a great gal who is helping the others along and seems to care even though she appears to be a teenager. Think her name is Addison or Allison. Anyway she seems quality.
Will come back again. I suspect the high school kids will keep this place busy. Great location at the back of the WinCo parking lot just west of Taco Bell.
