We didn't go in, so can't comment on atmosphere. The Fry's were good. We ordered a small cheeseburger, one w/o pickles. Both came w/o pickles, not sure what that means. The outside of the bun was greasy. We would not buy this again. In fairness, this was our first visit to a DQ. They have lots of stuff on the menu. We would maybe try some other items. I travel through this area of I-5 alot, and I always try to stop in to this particular DQ. My hats off to the crew and management. I can only speak on the burgers as thats usually all I get, but This is the only fast food location where the burgers you get look like the pictures. Nothing is smashed, perfect proportions, evenly layered. Every burger I've ordered is fresh, and almost too picturesque to eat... almost. Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Normally we have okayish service however this evening was not very pleasant. It was our first time going inside the lobby( surprising because the open sign wasn’t even on…) as we approached the entryway the trash’s were overflowing with garbage. Sadly it wasn’t just one. It was atleast 3 of the outside ones I saw that were completely overflowing and when we entered, my husband and I were not greeted, nor acknowledged in any way by the three staff members that were up in the front. Although the gal working the register was kind and Our food order was also correct however, the toast I ordered was superrr greasy and buttery to where I couldn’t eat it :( Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Update: Returned 9/25 at 4:30pm and still received COLD fries and chicken! Also the customer service here is rude, Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!! I think everything was absolutely fabulous. The young girl that was making all of the blizzards and cones was quick and so efficient. The only thing I could say is if she smiled a little more and was not shouting as much as relating to the customer. she was awesome. I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experience at the Dairy Queen with the new owner and their staff. The fact that the managers are dating seems to have created a toxic power dynamic, negatively impacting the morale and performance of the other employees. Since the ownership change and the assignment of new management, the quality of service has significantly declined. It's disheartening to see such a decline in standards. I hope the situation is addressed promptly to ensure a better environment for both the employees and customers. I really loved this place, but the quality of food has gone down bad, and it really has to do with the workers there and ownership. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You just can't go wrong with dairy queen. Blizzards are great, but have you ever tried a silly bar? They come in chocolate and cherry. I love the cherry ones. Had a bacon burger, fries, a drink and later a Blizzard. Thought the burger and fries were a little on the small size. Drink was fine along with the chip and mint Oreo Blizzard. Is an EV charging station in the parking lot. Was interesting to watch. Very busy with people getting their EVs charged up.
