Amazing spot. Went there for dinner 3/6 and had a great experience. Service extremely friendly and you can't beat the view. Had appetizers Hibachi Shrimp and Calamari, both excellent. Highly recommend this spot Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Hibachi Shrimp
Fried green tomatoes were to die for. I wouldn’t get the salad again. I ordered the Mexican salad and the tomato paste on it was overpowering. My mom said the lobster bisque was delicious and the Buffalo shrimp too. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I went last night for date night and the food was delicious! We got the hot crab dip, fried oysters, and calamari for appetizers and then shrimp & grits and pesto chicken Alfredo for our entrees. Each dish, the view of the beach, and the service was all amazing. We’ll definitely be back to dine in & for take out! All the food we had was delicious, the service by Kat was excellent, there are perfect views of the ocean, and they had great tunes playing. We had lobster bisque, Southwest egg rolls, a jambalaya chicken sandwich, burgers, and a key lime tart. Highly recommed this place. We are visiting the area for a few days of relaxation and are making the rounds of the local eateries. My wife and I where in the mood for seafood and after a quick Google search found Daddy Mac's Beach Grille. The restaurant is located in a great spot right on the beach and we where quickly seated. We ordered the Coconut shrimp as our appetizer and the fried flounder as the main meal. The service was excellent and the staff was very attentive. The food was good but just average nothing really stood out. I would eat here again but would try something else. We did see a beautiful double rainbow from the deck. It’s taken way too long for me to write this review. I think Daddy Mac’s is one of my favorite places to eat. It’s not just one thing that makes this restaurant so special, so charming. It’s the consistent and great quality food, the excellent and thoughtful service from the staff, the beautiful views, and the lively well-run bar. Daddy Mac’s is a family restaurant that serves crowd pleasers. Everyone will find something they love. My favorite is the ribeye or crab cakes. Shout out to Brie and Connor for holding down the fort and shaking up the best drinks around. And of course Kenny. I used to work in food, so I know a well managed restaurant when I’m in one. Went for dinner on a Thursday, got there about 10 after opening (5) with 4 people we had about a 45min wait. More people you bring the longer your time will be it seemed(makes sense though). Had the option of inside outside or best available. We chose outside. Me and a friend got the mudslide drink it was like a milkshake but with alcohol, it was good. Cant complain(as one that doesn’t drink often you can taste the alc but the rest of the drink balanced it out). We got onion pedals as a appetizer, they were good! Everyone enjoyed their meals and being outside to see the beach made it a great overall experience. Had a gentleman as a server he was nice, and the owner came out and said hello to tables. It will get pricey (especially if you get a drink) but you expect it when you come here. No complaints! Also they have a waiting list starts 30min before opening come and get on the list if you dont want to wait! We’ve been here many times and have had good experiences overall . We went today, on Fathers Day, for dinner- got there at 4:30pm and waited to put our name in. We got a spot right at 5pm. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, especially our waitress. We ordered the crab dip for an appetizer and it was good but hardly any crab was in it. My husband and I both got the lobster bisque as one of our sides and it was like drinking water that tasted like lobster. Didn’t have any lobster pieces and was not thick and creamy as lobster bisque typically is. I got the salmon with pineapple salsa and it was okay. Not bad but very bland, even with the salsa on top. My husband got the special which was swordfish with shrimp and crab meat - he said it was just okay. Nothing memorable and not worth $38. We got the child’s fried flounder with fries for our young daughters to split and it was fine - I thought the portion was a bit small for the cost of $10. We split the chocolate cake for desert which was great - but there was a hair in it. We get it - it happens, but just not very appetizing. The view is great but I feel the inside interior decoration wise is just average. I wish it felt more beachy/unique but really just feels like a generic restaurant, and even has a diner feel. Thankfully the service was great so that made the overall experience a good one, but definitely not worth the $100+ bill in our opinion.
