I highly recommend. A cozy, unique and intimate fine dining experience. This restaurant is truly a gem. It is rare to find a restaurant of this caliber and style. Wonderfully delicious flavors and dishes. Their attention to detail is exceptional. I will be telling my friends and family about my experience and I will be returning. Cozy and interesting decor, very attentive waitstaff, and really good food. We both had salads, one salmon and one beef. Both were made with very fresh ingredients and the protein toppers were cooked just right. We finished with the homemade apple pie. Happy we picked this place out! We went to DC's for our wedding anniversary and everything was perfect. From the anniversary card waiting for us at the table, to the shared dessert at the end we had an excellent experience. Oh, did I mention the food? It was an amazing spread of flavors that made us very, very happy diners. We will definitely be back! I had a fantastic experience at D C's On B Street place! The small but attentive service and delicious food were truly enjoyable. The cozy small-town bar ambiance, combined with upscale cuisine, made it a local favorite. The atmosphere was fun and happy, thanks to the vibrant artwork and cheerful waitstaff. The menu offered a range of options, and I highly recommend trying the D C's On B Street stew, one of their sandwiches, and a cup of the Brazilian coconut shrimp soup. To top it off, the almond butter cake was a delightful treat. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back for another memorable experience.
Staff is very nice, the decor inside is almost like a museum, It tells a story. I've never had Italian sausage as a patty, the waitress recommend it. Lunch was good both sandwiches tastes great. The bathroom was clean.
Was in town for the COMOM charity dentistry event and wanted something fresh and peaceful for dinner. DC’s was everything I had hoped for. The mango salsa halibut was perfectly cooked, sitting on some come-back risotto accompanied by steamed veggies. I was so pleased with the variety of side veggies, a little bit of everything, like 10 different veggies in the medley. The vibe was very warm and homey. Gabi was a friendly and attentive server. I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in Pueblo.
Historical building in the charming downtown area, across from the Gorgeous Union Depot, this quaint Cafe is offers healthy menu items & delicious drinks. The food came to us piping hot and fresh. Our waiter was polite, attentive and efficient. The premises are clean and attractive. Outside seating is available. I absolutely love this place! It's definitely one of the greatest hidden jewels in this town. I come here with my girlfriend every so often, and every time we are blown away, by the ambiance, the friendly service and atmosphere, terrific presentation and attention to detail with flavor. The Crab cakes are my absolute favorite. What's not to love about this place.
I highly recommended this amazing local restaurant to ANYONE. I had seen their reviews and food photos online and was instantly intrigued. We walked in and were pleasantly greeted by gorgeous vintage feels and the sweetest woman, Sara. We were also greeted by the fun and talented owner DC! Their restaurant was beautiful but their food was EVEN better. They had gorgeous presentation with AMAZING flavor. DC is a MASTER cook and Sara has the best recommendations! My Husband had the fresh Halibut and I got an amazing strawberry and walnut salad with chicken. The Halibut was cooked to buttery perfection and the salad was DIVINE. We got their homemade pecan pie with a side of ice cream and it was PERFECT. We decided we’ll be back here EVERY TIME we’re in town – Not just because of their amazing food but because of how amazing Sara and DC are.
