OMG! That's the best way to describe EVERYHING about my experience lastnight 2/27/24 In the d.t. miami location. Our waiter was unbelievable! He could give you any description off the menu, and we definitely asked. He was so attentive and professional and went the extra steps to make sure our experience and expectations were met above and beyond! To whom ever the CHEF may have been, he was OUTSTANDING! Everyone in eyeshot of our table compared our dish and said it looked fantastic and even that is an understatement to the way it tasted! It was absolutely brilliant! The flavors were heaven! The preparation was superb! Temps were spot on! The atmosphere was clean, warm and inviting! My companion works in the food industry in ways he has authority to rate, and even he was impressed! Wow! Wow! Talk about having the “Wow Factor”, this place seems to do most everything with excellence! We loved everything about it and can’t wait to return on our next Miami trip. Decor is so so stunning and unique, you feel you’re actually visiting Peru. We were recently in Peru, and found this food bursting with more flavor than overseas-:) The service was superb. Kudos to the entire team!
