My 1st visit ever being as that I'm from Alabama. Nothing EXTRAORDINARY but the French toast was good. My steak was a big chunk of meat with very little seasoning and it was a bit dry. However, I would return for the French toast and maybe to try something different. The people love this place though because it was packed! We like to try a new local breakfast place when we go out and this place will definitely be on our saved favorites list. Everyone is so friendly, our server Victoria was fantastic and food was delicious. recommend pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Bacon was also delicious as was the coffee. 1ST UPDATE: Excellent service yet again from Alex.!! Today I ordered a Cheeseburger with French Fries. My order came out fast and fresh. Thanks!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Today we were served by a lovely lady named Alex. She is a wonderful waitress, best experience I've had in a long time! I ordered the Country Fried Steak, with my Over Easy Eggs on a separate plate, White Toast, Gravy on the side, and Onions in my Potatoes. So delicious!! Everything was perfect!! Couldn't be happier, thanks so much. If you're an out of towner, looking for a nice local spot to get a bite to eat, this is the place. You won't be disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We eat here regularly. Normally great food and service. Today our food wasn't quite up to par. My wife's turkey club was light on the turkey, heavy on the lettuce. One of our party orders a chef salad every time we visit, but this time she complained that the lettuce was really wet/watery and made her salad soggy. I had a featured omelet, broccoli and cheddar. Good but cheese sauce was too runny, more like broccoli cheddar soup. I felt it could have been better. Service was great as always. Very nice friendly group of people. If i Could give 6 instead of 5 stars, I would. Alex and the entire staff are always friendly, courteous and helping each other out. I visit every 6 or 8 weeks, and they still remember me & my family. The food is so delicious, I even got my boss to order catering for our office from there!
