Associates always eating. Mouths full ringing me out. What?? I can’t understand you. They leave you standing at register while making their lunch then walk away from you to bring it to another register and ring someone else!!

My coffee ☕ is always hot and fresh. Even with the recent increase in cost for a coffee it's still the best and cheapest. Customer Service is always excellent.

I call them because the guy that range me up did not put all my things in a bag and I was charged for it and they put me on. Hold and hung up on me so I think that's like really poor customer service

The staff here are friendly and helpful, honest. The only complaint I have is the business model. They don't offer the sales they once did, however, the coffee for $1 any size, any type, is a deal because they use excellent coffee and change it frequently that it is far better than Starbucks or DD.

I enjoy getting my farmhouse blend coffee there almost every day ..however today i picked up a coffee and the cashier guy said that will be 1.06 however i only gave him 1.05 and he acted like i owed him 100 bucks and said to me if it dont come out of your pocket it has to come out of mine and i dont have any. I feel he was rude and did not have any guest service skills and besides that CHEAP. My Coffee however was worth the damn penny i owed him.

A great place to go. People who can't afford the full 1.06 probably just shouldn't have formed the habit of drinking coffee. Water is free.

I go to this location or the 1 in Norwich daily. I like this one better though. Its a good size store with lots of great deals. I love the coffee here also! I get my cumbies coffee fix daily. The people that work here are friendly. I only had an issue with 1 lady and her attitude once. Anyway, great store you should check it out!
