I'm from NY, we do not have Culver's. The service is that of an actual restaurant. The food is actually REAL food, unlike all other fast food places, and REALLY good! Wow this place is busy!! We came for dessert. Delicious custard ice cream. Laura was hilarious! I'd come here just to have her take my order. Senior citizen with attitude. This is the best Culver's I have ever eaten in, and I've done a lot! We all ordered Cod dinners, and they were really good. The servers here seem genuinely happy, checked on us at the table, and even brought me fresh coffee. Lovely people. When you have a world class manager like John Clam it was no surprise our experience at the Sierra Vista Culver's was going to be an excellent experience. To see a manager up front behind the cash register when the place is very busy show you that customer service matters. The food was great and the staff was very pleasant. We need to eat a little less next time to save room for some more ice cream our next visit.
