They haven't experienced the massive drop in quality that many other restaurants have, and for that they automatically get 4 stars. One star off for soggy fried fish and for refusing to use any delivery services.

Had a qr code at table to order without being in line. A very innovative option. Food was yummy. Price was fair/ Slightly expensive. But way better than a McDonald's or burger King burger. Ordered 1 vanilla cone. The cashier asked if it was for here or to go. I told her it didn't matter, it's a cone. So I'm waiting. 6 young women standing around doing nothing. 1 cashier playing with a others pony tail. My cashier is just standing there doing absolutely nothing. After 10 minutes I walked out without my cone.

Delayed review, this was without exaggeration, the best made Culver’s food I’ve had. The fries were perfect, the burger could have been an ad photo and tasted great. Customer service was fantastic, above and beyond.
