Food was great and the pup cup was the best I have seen at any Culver's! I will visit this location again just because of the pup cup and see if this location actually fully mixes a concrete mixer as the one I usually go to has gotten real bad and barely mixes them anymore. I go to this Culver’s often, as I work around the corner. It’s usually always super fresh and great! Today, my cheeseburger was probably luke warm. That was odd. I ordered onion rings and they were absolutely disgusting on top of being a bit on the cold side, looked weird, and not fresh at all. I was so disappointed. Everything is usually amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The place was crazy busy, but the staff were all smiling and everyone was very kind. The food was good, the order was correct, our order was brought to us very quickly. I am happy the walleye is back! We all ordered fish! Mashed potatoes and Cole slaw were great. This is my daughters favorite place to eat and a great gathering place for friends. My wife and I love Culver’s. This location is not our normal location and for some reason the food wasn’t quite what we’re accustomed to. Food was just like warm. Cheese curds were a bit grease soaked and hard inside like they had not been cooked properly and cheese wasn’t melted. Stopped in to get some frozen custard to take home. Hard to choose from all the seemingly delicious options. I have to say that I was a bit disappointed in my dark chocolate devils food cake custard. During my latest visit to Culver’s in Golden Valley, I experienced the buzz of their dinner rush and the delight of their famous Concrete Mixer. Amidst the busy atmosphere, the commitment and courtesy of the staff were noteworthy. The restaurant was in full swing with its evening crowd. There was an order mix-up with the group in front of me – a small error with their ice cream order, typical in such busy times. These moments, while understandable, do show opportunities for smoother service. In the midst of this busy scene, one staff member particularly stood out while preparing my Concrete Mixer. Despite the demanding pace, she maintained a polite demeanor, diligently working to fulfill orders. Her uniform, splashed with custard and toppings, was a clear sign of the evening’s rush. This extended to my own order, as the Concrete Mixer came with a messy lid and cup, requiring a bit of cleaning up later in my car. The Concrete Mixer itself? A culinary triumph, as always. Culver’s never fails to deliver on the promise of a heavenly frozen treat. But, the experience was a gentle reminder that even in the heat of service, maintaining cleanliness and presentation is key. I gave them 5* for atmosphere, even though I went through the drive through. I mean, I wish a greater variety of restaurants would just let me stay in my car and eat at home where my dog can stare at me. They're always great at this location. I was referred by mentor Coach Keith and he didn’t let me down. The butter burgers are sooo good. The fries are fresh. In my opinion this is the best burger place. Service was great, I will definitely be back to eat here again. I recommend everyone to try it out.
