I normally go to the one in Brooklyn Center however I notice there might have been some changes this is the 2nd time we’ve have went there the end of last year and now the beginning of this year we normally always went here in the past and food was always spot on but lately my husband and I noticed the food is not the same even all the workers have changed I would like to know what’s going on the food has been cold and not cooked all the way especially the fries and ppl can get sick from Raw food and we also have been missing items we’ve paid for and the food is messy and that’s not cool when your paying a lot for the food to only be bad heck my kids even notice the difference I feed a family of 5 so you can pretty much do the math on what we spend on meals so please Corp office go see what is going on there heck I even had bottle of pop given to me because the machine was done however I understand things break but at least let the customer know especially when we want fountain pop but overall I just want that location to be looked at especially with all the changes we’ve noticed with the food and just in case you need to know we are near by residence and we’ve been coming to this location for years Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

This location isn’t bad. I went later in the evening expecting it to be super busy, but it wasn’t bad. Had a bit of a wait to order, but think it was just the person in front of me. Once I ordered it wasn’t long at. Kid at the window friendly. I really don’t like their drive thru system. I don’t see how it saves time and it just clutters the drive. Once I got my order I almost couldn’t leave the line. But the food was good concrete mixers was so good!! I've gone to this place since I was little. Same vibe, same hospitality (at least everytime I go). Never had an issue with my order both drive thru and dining inside. Long line but took a lot shorter than I expected. Nice and friendly staff considering how much was going on. Food was fresh and the chicken grilled sandwich was awesome. Nice full piece and lettuce and pickles. Fries were fresh and the ice cream was delicious, only 1 scoop! I will never get tired of Culver's the burgers are always amazing, and the fries stay super hot! I'll go again soon and make more different selections for future photos. Good food; typical quality you’d expect from any Culver’s. But it was dragged down by a poor curbside experience. I’d submitted an online order at 8:23pm and received an estimated ready time of 8:29pm. Made my way over and got to the restaurant at about 8:40pm. I parked in the “curdside” parking (which was hard to find) and clicked on the “I’m here” button in the confirmation email. Then I soon also replied “here” to the confirmation text to make sure they got my message either way. But I got no response to let me know they received my message. I waited in my car and noticed car after car go through the drive thru and receive their orders while I continued to wait. When no other cars were left in the drive thru after 12 minutes of waiting, I decided to walk in. It seems like they were about to give me my order, but I managed to catch the person in time and let them know it was for me. Luckily, before I left I noticed there was no drink despite ordering one. The worker tried to dispute it at first until I pointed out the “Sprite” on the receipt. Then I was given a cup to go fill. So yeah, I’d say probably don’t bother ordering online since it seems like they’ll prioritize all their other customers first instead of having the order ready in time for their estimated pickup. We came here, inside, only for a little French fry, and two of the flavor of the day custards! One was bigger than the other, because it was a kid size. We knew it was the flavor of the day because we marked it on our calendars... It was super yummy! Berry lemon butter cake! You have to try it at least once! The workers are very hard working here! I never see anyone slacking here! From the front cashier, to the cooks, to the drive thru, to the people running out to bringing out the food to the customers! Wow! Always on their feet! * just be careful in the parking lot when you drive because there are a lot of blind corners! * enjoy my pictures!
