Good burgers and friendly staff. The way that they handle serving the custard makes things a little confusing. They give it to you after you eat which makes sense to keep it cold. Problem was that the staff had no record of what we ordered and I mistakenly threw the receipt away, so it created some confusion for everyone. Either way, food was good, and service was great. Fast food has gotten so expensive that it really feels like you need a premium experience to justify it. Culver's generally, and this specific trip does a good job in achieving that. Little pricey but worth every penny I spent. I've never been so I didn't know what to exspect. I thought service could have been better at the prices they charged. Someone could have asked if you needed a refill maybe but no. At the price they charge why did I eat out of a box and with plastic forks. But as I said food was good.
