I walked in and purchased a box of 12 cookies for a dinner party tonight. Once home, I see the Chocolate Mallow Cupcake cookies look terrible yet I am always asked to tip the baker/employees when I visit. Incredibly disappointed. The owner of this establishment needs to increase pay for its employees that bake the cookies and operate this store instead of expecting paying customers to help fund them via tip. The quality has gone down hill. Food: 1 Service: 1

The cookies are overall good and the service was nice when the cookies were handed to me. However, I was not greeted when entering, ordered from a tablet, and was asked to tip. The cookies seem overpriced for the size. I would've liked the option to buy the large cookies, but half of them were sold out at 8:00, and they didn't close until midnight. It was strange. I heard good things about Crumbl and was looking forward to trying them, but I was underwhelmed. I suppose if you don't mind overpaying for cookies, especially the small ones, they're great. Overall 3 stars but the service was a definite 1 star. All the kids working there had air pods in, didn't pay the slightest bit of attention when we walked in. We placed our order, they put the order together and just called our name and sat it on the counter. Granted we were there about an hour before closing, but the cookies (which normally are GREAT a Cumbl) were hard. Definitely NOT fresh. This is our second time here - the first time was just okay, then this time was bad so we won't be back to this location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I have never had a better cookie. I mean it. The first cookie we got was the Pumpkin flavor, and it was already the best cookie that I had ever eaten before. I'm not even a big cookie fan, but this place has the most amazing cookies ever. Better than home made. We had to come back for more, so we did, then we got a cookie that I think was called Pink Velvet and it was even better than the first one we got! The icing was perfect (also, I usually don't like icing) and the cookie was perfectly soft. On the way home from our trip, we were still thinking about this place and wanted to come back!
