They make decent food. Without messing up. At a good pace. They are always open and make food. So bonus points for that. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Busy, and the only cashier spent more time chatting in the back with the cooks. We ordered ahead and were half an hour late, then after about 10mins in line I was told they were just getting to our order and it'd ve another 20 mins, bringing to an hour past when they said to pick it up. I realize they were busy but as a woman said, hire people. The kid at cash register told me the time they tell is an estimate, but im sorry an hour past the given estimate is not an estimate at all. All could be avoided with more staff, and more preparation for their two pizza deal days. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nice store. Everything is stocked and ready to go. Sounds like y’all have a nice team working here. No problems at the gas pump. Service is quick. The pizza is hot and ready and pretty good for it not being a pizzeria. Breakfast stuff is pretty good I hear Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10

Been a customer for years... just called to order a Tuesday special pizza deal... was told only could get if I had the store card... Way to lose business Crosby's. I do not need or want another stupid shoppers card... Disappointed. BYE

This store crosbys South Main albion fails to abide by nys health code also cooks don't wear gloves when handling food there's only one cash register open long lines and employees who require a cheat sheet on how to I'd coins for coin counting the rest rooms a filthy petri dish and cappuccino coffee machine serves only hott water .... no thanks ill pass

Not sure who they had cooking tonight 7/24/22 at 6pm, but give them a raise. Fantastic pizza and wings. Way better than Mark's pizza.

Wanted to order a buffalo/blue cheese chicken wing pizza with boss sauce instead of buffalo but thy said they weren’t allowed to anymore because they were told by management they weren’t allowed to. Don’t see why though? Staff was professional and kind about it but I call bs, I’ve had that pizza made for years and now all of sudden they’re “not allowed to” . Funky.

I ordered a large pizza and paid for extra toppings (extra cheese, pepperoni, onions). Got home, and no pepperoni. Called, explained, they said we will make you another, come get it. I get there, the guy behind the counter tells me with an attitude, “the next time, you have to bring the pizza back”. One: okay, you should have said something when I called. Two: the next time??? Sounds to me like messing up orders so paying customers have to make extra trips or pay for items not received are more the norm than a once in a while occurrence. Definitely not spending my money at this chain again after that incident.
