We absolutely love crazy Coyote, and all their delicious food and the great attitude of everyone who works there. Four stars is not a bad review, so don't take it that way. At the same time, they are unreliable with their hours of operation. They're only open from 11 to 5, 6 days a week, yet today we arrived at 3:45, more than an hour before their own stated closing time, and they were closed. Both the open and closed signs were displayed, and people were clearly wrapping up their day.
We'd been talking about and anticipating the burritos for hours before we went there after a hike. Not gonna make that plan again knowing the disappointment probably in store. Not the first time. Alas.
