We had a large group eating and our server was excellent, shetook great care of all of us with a smile on her face the entire time. The food was excellent and the servings were large. I highly recommend this restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was great. Waitress was great…, but while we were in the middle of eating we were interrupted by a rude manager. She pointed to a toy my little niece picked out and said we have to pay for it or she can keep it behind the register and that we “Aren’t supposed to do that , but that’s ok this time” wow …that’s very rude and unprofessional customer service. I’m already spending money on all the food and other stuff I was planning on buying. My little niece has autism and I was trying to keep her busy and planned on paying for it when I left. No big deal. When my son was small it was never a problem and I used to do this all the time. I have spent a lot of money in this restaurant and a small $3 toy they are going to come out, interrupt and lecture me?I would understand a high dollar item but it was a little light up toy…Wow just wow. Older lady, short grey hair. Way to get a bad review and lose out on future sales because that was absolutely uncalled for. Will not be coming back. Learn how to be more professional next time. I’ve worked retail over 20 years and I know that’s not the proper way to deal with customers. My husband runs a business and we would never treat anyone in such a way that would conflict future sales. You know nothing about business, customer service and you are very rude!

I love Cracker Barrel’s environment. I always enjoy my time spent in the store and the restaurant. I can’t remember my servers name on my 3/5 visits a young lady she had the front first row back table and she was very pleasant and polite. We appreciate people with good energy around our food. We tipped her $10 I would have gave her more if I had more cash that’s how good she was. Thanks again young lady 🫶🏽 we need more service like what you are delivering.
