Always enjoy the food from Cracker-barrel. Glad it's possible to order the full menu meals for takeout again. Everything I order is always ready to pick up and included when I get home. I like the grilled chicken tenders and was not happy when the fried tender meal was the only item for pick up on the menu the one time I ordered. Thanks for the great service! Food: 5 Service: 5

I opted for curbside p/u. Checked in thru my email. Waited 8 min then called, was told she'd be right out. Another 8-10 min go by and finally she comes out. I get home and we were missing a salad. I didn't feel like going back for that. It was not busy. I was the only car parked in the front row outside the front door in handicap. Definitely not what it used to be. They've changed their menu. Seems like every restaurant has removed much of the favorites from menus replacing with bland overpriced garbage. The main course came out way before the appetizers and they were short items and it wasn't even that busy. They've replaced the traditional wood fireplace with a gas burner that does absolutely nothing for the traditional ambiance of the place. I was very disappointed. I cannot remember the young man's name who was my server but he was excellent he was courteous, knowledgeable about the menu, prompt and attentive. To explain he referred to me as sir and made a excellent meal suggestion the food came out to me very promptly proof of this was that I ordered the steamed broccoli and it was not just warm but it was hot melted the butter just right so you knew it wasn't sitting around and he was attentive had come to see if I needed anything about four times till I told him I was definitely filled and we just need the bill. This is the kind of worker who should be training the new people coming in not to say that many of the other servers there are very personable in a similar manner and I would recommend coming to Cracker Barrel often. My wife and I love the gift shop experience. Check out some blasts from the past while shopping. Always a Friendly staff, we feel at home. The food, no matter if it is breakfast , lunch or dinner they all are good. Try the new spicy chicken sausage, it won't disappoint. Even the steak I had was great for not being a pricey steakhouse. I have been to other Cracker Barrels in the past and was always underwhelmed, but this location was impressive! Food: I ordered roast beef, fried okra, cole slaw, potatoes. The meal also came with cornbread and a biscuit. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The okra was the best I've ever tasted. The roast beef and gravy was savory and delicious. The portions were generous and the presentation was above par. My wife's meal was exceptional as well. Service: The service was prompt, and the wait was shorter than expected. The wait staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Cleanliness: The place was well maintained and clean, including the restrooms. Atmosphere: Trademark Cracker Barrel country eclectic vibe. There are a lot of interesting things to look at... Everywhere, including the ceilings. Value: The prices were very reasonable, especially compared to the ragingly, overinflated prices I am used to seeing in the Philadelphia area where I usually dine. We were desperately hungry after delivering furniture to our son in Wilkes-Barre, and we found a welcome friend in this Cracker Barrel! We had a big breakfast with all the trimmings while seated by the fireplace. Biscuits, fruit, hashbrowns, eggs, pancakes, bacon, coffee, etc. all made fresh, hot, fluffy, crispy - the perfect meal for very hungry people. We also purchased 3 of the $5 meals to go. The bathroom, restaurant and country store were clean, well organized and staffed by friendly people! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
